The Position
As a Photographer/Videographer Intern, you will work closely with our creative team to capture compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in both photography and videography, gaining valuable experience in various aspects of content creation.
Responsibilities
· Assist in shooting and editing high-quality photos and videos for various projects, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, social media content, events, and product promotions.
· Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute visual projects that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
· Handle and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring proper care and functionality to achieve optimal results in shooting sessions.
· Assist in editing and retouching photos and videos using industry-standard software, paying close attention to detail to deliver polished and professional final products.
· Participate in content planning meetings, contributing creative ideas and insights to enhance our visual content strategy and storytelling efforts.
· Stay updated on the latest photography and videography trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our content creation process.
· Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, maintaining an organized digital asset library, and managing project timelines.
The Ideal Candidate
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program
(e.g., Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, Film Studies, Communications, or related field).
Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, and camera settings.
Experience with editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing content.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio showcasing photography and videography skills (online portfolio or sample work may be requested during the application process).
