Clarks - From sheepskins to dessertboots
In 1825 Cyrus Clark started a little business specialized in the sale of sheepskins. Three years later his brother James joins the company and decided they should start making wool-filled shoes together out of the skins. Around the year 1930 the men decided to travel the world to find new ideas for their shoes and in 1950 their dessert boot skyrockets in sales. After the dessertboot their Wallabee follows in 1960 which is now another one of their unforgettable classics.

To this day Clarks Originals still stands for an inimitable style, a timeless design and a legendary comfort, mostly because of their soles, which are made out of actual crêpe. Its the perfect mix of business and casual wear.
