The Position
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of our brand through your creative skills and innovative design concepts. You will work closely with our marketing team to produce visually captivating content that resonates with our target audience and enhances the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
Included but not limited to:
· Collaborate with the team to develop engaging graphic designs for various marketing materials including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
· Maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity and apply it effectively to all design projects.
· Brainstorm and conceptualise fresh ideas for visual content that aligns with current industry trends and resonates with our target demographic. Translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
· Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that effectively communicates brand messages and promotes our products and services.
· Edit and retouch product images to enhance visual appeal and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
· Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to continually enhance the creativity and effectiveness of our visual content.
· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to meet project objectives and deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Passion for sneakers, fashion, and streetwear culture is a plus.
