Give Away Conditions

In the terms and conditions, you should see SneakerBAAS and BAASsound as one, so all conditions apply to both. By participating in SneakerBAAS promotions and giveaways, you fully agree to these SneakerBAAS terms and conditions and declare that you meet all requirements to be eligible.

• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will invalidate all your entries unless explicitly stated otherwise in the giveaway.
• Participation takes place when you have fully participated in all steps described in the giveaway. Employees of SneakerBAAS are excluded from participation.
• If a closing date/time is indicated, then you must participate before the closing date/time.
• SneakerBAAS approaches the winner. The winner must respond within one week after SneakerBAAS has approached the winner personally, otherwise the prize will expire.
• Each winner agrees, by participating in a giveaway, that SneakerBAAS may use the winner's name in any manner and means of communication for promotional purposes without requiring additional approval or compensation.
• Prices are dependable to availability. When you win, no money or other alternative prize is available and SneakerBAAS reserves the right to replace a prize with another prize at any time without prior notice. Prizes are non-transferable.
• SneakerBAAS has set up this giveaway in good faith and can under no circumstances be held liable for personal injury, death, damage to property, or other damage or costs arising from any aspect of the acceptance or use of the price.
• SneakerBAAS reserves the right to change the provisions of the general terms and conditions at its own discretion, effective immediately after their publication.
• SneakerBAAS reserves the right to change, suspend, cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time, or to extend or resume the participation period.
• SneakerBAAS reserves its right to disqualify any participant without prior notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the giveaway can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons. This also applies if SneakerBAAS suspects any person of manipulating the entries or the results, or has provided incorrect information or acted unethically in any other way.
